MEET OUR AMBASSADORS

The School Ambassador Program connects Spring Branch ISD elementary and middle school campuses with TMHS resources and updates, helping ensure more than 8,500 students across our community are aware of and able to access available mental health support. Ambassadors serve as the primary point of connection between TMHS and their school, sharing program information, clarifying access to therapy funding, and supporting campus-wide mental health awareness.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Hi, my name is Emma Kabir and I am a School Ambassador for Bunker Hill Elementary. To me, being an ambassador means showing up for our students in ways that truly matter beyond the classroom and giving them a safe space to be heard, and remind them that their feelings are important. I believe that when children feel understood and supported, they gain the confidence and strength they need to grow, learn, and thrive, which can make all the difference.

As an ambassador, I represent compassion in action and work to make our school a place where everyone’s well-being matters.

Hi, I’m Lucy Chung and I decided to become a Hunters Creek ambassador because I want to help create a safe space for children who may not have access to support in their own homes. Being part of this program allows me to help build a caring community that supports others and takes mental health seriously. Through this group, I can contribute to reducing the financial burden for children who may not be able to access therapy otherwise. My parents have greatly influenced my values around mental health; when they hear about others who are struggling, they are always quick to help, which has inspired me to do the same.

- Lucy Chung, MHS '27

Hi, I’m Emma Giudici and I am a School Ambassador to Hunters Creek. The best part about being an ambassador is having the chance to represent something you care about and make a positive impact on others. It’s rewarding to connect with new people, build leadership skills, and be a voice for your community. Being trusted with responsibility also helps you grow more confident and proud of the role you play.

Hi, I’m Emma Mankarious, and I serve as the School Ambassador for Memorial Drive Elementary. I graduated from MDE in 2019 and now go to Memorial High School. I’m proud to support the work of The Mental Health Society and believe in its mission to fund the mental health treatment for students who may need it. As an Ambassador, I’ll make sure MDE and its families have a clear, reliable path to the therapy support TMHS raises for them. We want to make sure that any MDE students who need help can easily access it.
