THE TMHS TEAM

Through imaginative fundraising campaigns and the support of our community, grants, endowments, and our generous donors, we are dedicated to making therapy accessible for all. Our mission is to ensure that no one has to face their struggles alone. Join us today!

We founded The Mental Health Society to create systemic change in our community. After witnessing countless adolescents struggle to access psychotherapy, we felt compelled to establish TMHS to address this critical need.

JENNA ROSEN

Jenna is a licensed school counselor and educator with nearly two decades of experience supporting high school students. She co-founded The Mental Health Society with Emily and Morgan to expand access to mental health care and create meaningful leadership opportunities for students.

Through Racing for Wellness, the student leadership program of The Mental Health Society, Jenna has seen the extraordinary growth that happens when students are given structure, support, and real responsibility.

She has also witnessed firsthand what happens when students struggle with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, or self-harm and can’t access therapy due to financial or insurance barriers. TMHS was created to bridge that gap and ensure every student can receive the care and support they deserve.

Jenna also serves on the board of Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse (AVDA) and was honored with the Hannah G. Solomon Award from the National Council of Jewish Women in October 2025 for her leadership and advocacy.
